Food Pantry
Millions of people struggle to keep food on their tables. The Food Pantry at Project Understanding is a place people can turn to when they find themselves with an empty cupboard.
The Food Pantry at Project Understanding provides groceries once a week to families whose budget cannot support the purchase of their own. Donations may include in-kind, non-perishables, fresh vegetables and fruits and money designated for food. Most food on the shelves is purchased from FOOD Share.
For help with food, please come to the Pantry 9:00 am - 12:00 pm on Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Program requirements for the intake portion are:
