David Arroyo
Board President
David Arroyo
David, 31, born and raised in Ventura County. I joined Project Understanding to make a difference in my community to those who are unable to help themselves during their moments of need. Our mission, our goal, and our commitment to the community is one of the biggest reasons why I’m here. Being a father myself to a 2 year old, it’s a family organization striving to make a difference as best as we can.
